My view is just as similar to that of any other citizen of the country. I strongly feel it should be curtailed at its best. Every possible action has to be taken to put a fullstop to this menace. The 34th Regional Legal Aid Center of the Legal Aid Commission was inaugurated along with the opening of the New Courts Complex in Horana.
